Time Line
Boy, the time line is the a hardest thing I think. OK, Let me think....
Need the where and the when, first of all things.
Then the "List" of who to invite.
Now you can design and print out the invites and envelopes and mail them.
Gather recipes and food ideas.
Gather stuff for decorations.
Book any "talent" (We are getting a henna person, but Tarot card reader could be fun).
Gather media: slideshow, movie, music, lights.
Figure out seating arrangements and eating, and activity areas. Gather tables, chairs, lamps?
Dinning ware?
DAY or SO BEFORE
Decorate area
Shop for food
Prep any food you can
To be continued.....

For free Goth fonts go to Font Squirrel.
Here are some ornamentals I put together for the envelopes. It's a png so the background is transparent.
